You may be asked for your university or company, your facilitator or instructor, and details about what class you are enrolled in that brings us to our website.We will ask you to set up your own User ID and password for our site.

Additionally, we collect data from our survey on interpersonal styles that is scored and used to create a personalized report for you.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize and provide a report based on the data you supply to your facilitator or instructor.
To respond to questions or issues that may arise in using our website or our products.
Your facilitator or instructor will have access to limited information including a scored report, your e-mail address, your name and the date and time you completed our survey.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the report that you have purchased.

We may send email to you to answer your questions or to send you information and updates pertaining to your report and payments.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. Passwords are required to access any personal information in our system.

How do we protect credit card and other financial information?

We collect no credit card or other financial information. You will navigate away from our website to make payments through our independent payment gateway, Authorize.net and Paymentech. When you are linked to their site, you are no longer on our site and you are subject to the privacy policy of the our payment gateway. Your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
